If only booked for 1 person, no other unauthorised person or persons will be allowed on the premises without permission from the management or housekeeping team. For any unauthorised person on the premises, there will be a £50 charge per person per day.
Guests using shared areas such as bathroom, kitchen, and communal areas are required to clean up after themselves after use
Guests are required to wash and clean their own dishes.
Please note that prior to check-in, a fully refundable security deposit of £250 is required for each booked room. This deposit will be returned in full after check-out, subject to a routine inspection of the property. Kindly make the payment using the bank details below and send us a receipt or confirmation of payment once completed. Upon receipt, we will update and confirm your check-in details accordingly. The deposit amount varies from room to apartments.
SMOKE FREE PREMISES
Strictly no smoking
A fixed fee notice of £250 will be issued for deep cleaning if evidence of smoking within the property is found. This can range from smoke smell coming from the room to smoke alarms sounding or smoke buds found within the room or premises. Please smoke outside the premises as ash trays should be present outside the entrance door for smoking. Please discard smoke buds in the ashtray. Once the ashtray is full, please empty it in the black bin, which is on the side of the gate upon entry. The fine will be increased to 500 for fully booked apartments
Any property left behind by any guests would be disposed of. Please note, its the guests' responsibility to keep their property safe at all times and to take any belongings with them after checkout. Management will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.
It is the personal responsibility of guests to dispose of any of their food in the fridge, freezer kitchen area upon checkout
Tampering with smoke alarms/ cameras/ carbon monoxide detector/ heat alarms or any other electrical devices pre installed can lead to up to a £1000 fine.
Devices are installed for health and safety reasons. Therefore, no guest is allowed to tamper with them.
Fresh rolls of bin lining bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Please empty the bathroom/kitchen bin when full. Rubbish bags go outside in the black bin, which is situated next to the entry gate on the inside. Please ensure you clean up after yourself when using the bathroom, kitchen, etc, as it's your personal responsibility to clean up after yourself.
Strictly no eating or drinking on the bed.
Strictly no shaving in sinks, will cause blockages and additional charges for cleaning and to get any possible blockage cleared
It is the personal responsibility of guests to ensure they clean up after themselves in all shared communal areas. Any guests found not to adhere to this will be subject to payment of additional cleaning charges.
If a guest/s loose access keys, a £50 charge will apply.
Flat screen TV is provided in room where guests can sign into their own streaming accounts like "Netflix", "Amazon Prime" etc. There are a few apps that may be free however on many of the main ones, guests would require their own streaming accounts.
Early check-in from 12 pm, is available at an additional £30 charge. This must be notified prior to checking in.
Luggage hold is available at an additional charge of £20. This must be notified beforehand.
Late check out is available at an additional charge of £20 per hour overstayed from normal check out time. This must be notified beforehand. Unauthorised late checkout is £40 per hour.
Alterations to your booking can be accepted as cancellation and all applicable cancellation fees will apply.
In emergency situations where a water leak , electrical fault or fire issue has occurred , emergency access will be required.
Please note we will first attempt to contact guest beforehand but if guest is not at home the property manager and caretaker will gain access to rectify the issue quickly.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us of any damages or serious issues straight away. Failure to do so may result in a fine if damages are severe
During the months of May to September the heating is switched off due to warm weather in summer
